And those of you who have been with me for some while will remember this image of our mischievous messenger god . . .

I feel I have become slightly one-sided, what with all of my computer-assisted colouring, for, truth be told, it has been since last summer since I have taken up traditional media. And while I am quite the PhotoShop addict, I would be loathe indeed to lose the small skill I have gleaned from pen, pencil, and paintbrush . . .

Thus, Hermes has seen finalization beneath the points of my long-neglected Hybrid pens and PrismaColors. Regrettably enough, the sheen of the gold ink is lost within the scanning, and yes, I am quite abashedly aware that I have all but slaughtered the staff of the Caduceus . . . but for as long as I have gone without working with such, I am not too terribly displeased with the end result.

I assure you, I could have done far worse.

I think you did a beautiful job Shard. It's gorgeous. I adore it. The wings are splendid as are the colors. =D

Wow, this is a wonderful picutre. My favourite part has to be the wings. The colour and detail are also faboo. :w00t: He looks very god-like ^_^

I think you should draw Lestat, that would be so awesome.. but that's just me. ^^;

Very great job portraying my favorite greek god. The coloring us anazing, and you're so talented with the anatomy. ^^ All the details are perfect, and the wings are just amazing. Great work, keep it up! :worship:
